1. Reporting Time:
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

2. Return & Exchange Window:
We kindly request that all items for return or exchange be submitted within 5–7 days of delivery. Requests after this period cannot be accommodated.

3. Item Condition:
To ensure a smooth process, returned items should be unused and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

4. Refund Coverage:
Refunds will cover the product value only. Please note that shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping:
Customers are kindly asked to bear the cost of returning the item, and to ensure it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

6. Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited via the original payment method.
